Maintenance of STP – CCTV Drains
We are complete novices with STP and Mike and Gill have been absolutely brilliant and can’t thank them enough. Mike dropped by to have a look at the STP and show us how it works. Over Easter weekend we had a power failure and the unit stopped working. Mike helped us get it back up and running. Gill then arranged a pump out and service. They are are always mindful of the costs to the customer. More recently Mike and Craig came out and surveyed our drains for us. We’ve never experienced such excellent customer service before and would throughly recommend using Lemon Drainage!
Annual Maintenance Service – STP
I thoroughly recommend Lemon Drainage’s Annual Maintenance Contract. The team really look after you and nothing can be too much trouble. Craig attended site and completed the annual service on our STP plant. He made a few adjustments to improve settlement and a note to check on things in 6months. Alarm Maintenance
