Lemon Drainage Services Ltd offer a wide range of services to the commercial sectors, this includes drainage support services to Construction companies, Housing developers, Facility Maintenance companies and Housing Associations also providing fully managed site services for drainage systems at Schools, Hotels and Nursing homes.

We are also agents for Premier Tech and Preferred Service Partners to Kingspan, WTE and other leading manufacturers in the sector, to complete commissioning of newly installed treatment plant, separators and pump stations.This includes the Mechanical and Electrical commissioning, testing and issuing of certificates to confirm correct installation of the systems installed by civil construction companies.

We are CHAS and Safe Contractor Accredited and provide a full safe system of work to our engineers which includes ensuring that our staff are CSCS qualified, IOSH Site Safety qualified, Confined Space qualified and work with appropriate Risk Assessments and Method Statements and Permits to work.

Many of our clients require that we have certification to demonstrate that we are safe to work on sites that have children or adults that may be ‘at risk’. As such our engineers are required to be assessed to the enhanced level of DBS Certification.

We are experienced in working along side other tradesmen on live construction sites and the risks that this may present, as such you may be assured that we offer a professional and well prepared site attendance avoiding multiple visits due to lack of appropriate documentation or resources.
